Meet Counselor Tracy

MS, NCC, LPC-Associate, LCDC,

APTT, CSAT-Candidate, EMDR-t

Texas License #89760

I have always had a heart for supporting others and that has been a driving force in my life. I love to see people thrive! I welcome the opportunity to be here to help you on that journey.

I am a graduate of Southern Methodist University, hold a master’s degree in counseling and currently providing services as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-Associate) under the supervision of Shawna Lewis LPC-S #70934. This means I am working on post-graduate clinical hours to become independently licensed in the State of Texas.

Additionally, I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, an Associate Partner Trauma Therapist, a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (Candidate) and trained in EMDR therapy (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). I earned my bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Dallas with a major in Psychology and a minor in Early Childhood Development. I am experienced in both in-person and telehealth settings, working with diverse populations of adults in individual and group formats with special emphasis on couples navigating infidelity and/or betrayal as well as everyday life and communication challenges.

I am an author, wife and mother of two adult kids and four dogs! I love reading, playing the piano and spending time outdoors playing tennis and golf.
