Meet Counselor Tracy

I am an author, wife and mother of two adult kids and four dogs! I love reading, playing the piano and spending time outdoors playing tennis and golf. I have always been passionate about supporting others, and that passion has guided my career. As a seasoned professional, now turning my focus to the field of counseling, I’m dedicated to helping individuals grow and thrive. I find great fulfillment in walking alongside my clients on their journey, and I am honored to be part of their healing and personal development.

I am well-versed in providing therapy in both in-person and virtual environments, working with diverse adult populations in individual and group settings. I support individuals navigating challenges such as interpersonal relationships, ADHD symptoms, depression, anxiety, and other life stressors. With my specialized training, I also help couples work through infidelity and betrayal, as well as those looking to strengthen communication and overcome everyday life challenges.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Dallas, in Psychology and Child Learning and Development, and went on to complete my master’s degree in Counseling at Southern Methodist University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-Associate) in the State of Texas, and as I complete my post-graduate clinical hours, I am working toward independent licensure. In addition, I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), an Associate Partner Trauma Therapist (APTT), and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT, Candidate). I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and certified in the Prepare/Enrich pre-marital and marriage assessments.
